About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and creative SEN Tutor to support a KS1 pupil. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to deliver play-based, 1:1 tuition, helping to engage and support a young learner with additional needs in a flexible and nurturing way.
Key Focus of the SEN Tutor Role
- Delivering 10 hours per week of personalised, play-based support
- Using creative approaches such as music, art, and sensory activities
- Building a positive, trusting relationship to support engagement
- Adapting sessions to meet the child's individual needs and abilities
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience working with SEN pupils, particularly those with complex needs
- Background in teaching, tutoring, or support work
