Monarch Education is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Mansfield. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD).

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide both academic and emotional support to pupils
- Assist teachers during lessons, helping with materials and classroom management
- Deliver focused support to pupils with SEN, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant, or relevant experience working with children
- A caring and hands-on approach to supporting pupils
- A current DBS check or willingness to apply for one
