What You\’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupils with SEN in their learning and development
• Helping implement individual education plans (IEPs)
• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment

What We\’re Looking For in a SEN Teaching Assistant

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school, care, youth work, etc.)
• A warm, patient, and resilient personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping children thrive
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
