We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the BL1 area of Bolton, starting in September 2026. This is a full-time role for the entire academic year, working across Key Stage 2, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.
The Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning plans
- Support children with a variety of needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
- Adapt learning activities to suit individual learning styles
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN (school-based or similar setting)
