Monarch Education are working with a specialist school in Rugby who are looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant to support primary-aged pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

  • Helping maintain a calm, safe, and structured environment
  • Working alongside teachers, therapists, and support staff
