About the Role

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be a central part of the recruitment process, providing vital support to our consultants, candidates, and clients. From scheduling interviews to assisting with job fulfilment and managing communications, your work will help ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all involved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
  • Posting job adverts across online platforms
  • Managing and updating candidate records using our CRM system
  • Ensuring all recruitment processes comply with employment laws and internal procedures
  • Candidate Communication & Management
    • Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and consultants
    • Acting as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey
    • Providing updates on application progress and interview outcomes
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records
  • Recruitment Process Support
    • Assisting in screening CVs and applications
    • Conducting initial telephone interviews and candidate pre-screens
  • Job Fulfilment & Client Liaison
    • Liaising with clients to confirm placements and ensure their staffing needs are met
    • Coordinating the onboarding and arrival of candidates into temporary or long-term roles
    • Processing timesheets and resolving candidate queries
    • Drafting and formatting candidate CVs and profiles for submission
  • Additional Duties
    • Representing Monarch Education at job fairs and recruitment events

    What We're Looking For

    • Previous experience in recruitment, administration, or a customer service role (preferred but not essential)
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills
    • A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask
    • Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
