About the Role
Monarch Education is currently seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and caring Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Bishop Sutton. Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning and development
- Assist with classroom organisation and behaviour management
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
- Support pupils with varying educational and additional learning needs
- Encourage confidence, engagement, and independence in learners
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare, or similar setting is desirable
- A positive, proactive, and reliable attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential
