Monarch Education is looking for passionate, adaptable Primary Relief Teachers to support our welcoming Primary Schools across Bicester. Whether your strength is EYFS, KS1, KS2 or a combination, we have regular, local work to suit your experience. If you enjoy teaching without the added pressures of planning and meetings - or you're seeking flexibility around your lifestyle - this role offers an ideal balance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
  • Following existing planning to ensure smooth delivery
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Building rapport with local schools as part of their trusted cover team
  • Taking on longer term roles with additional responsibilities when desired (paid to scale)
