Monarch Education is seeking a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a warm, supportive nursery setting in the Cheltenham area. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and caring practitioner who is passionate about early years education and supporting children’s development in a nurturing environment.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0-5
  • Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Work collaboratively with a friendly and experienced team
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress

Requirements:

  • Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent) - essential
  • Previous experience working in an early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • A proactive, reliable, and caring approach
  • Valid childcare references
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
