The Role
- Deliver engaging lessons that meet individual learning needs
- Support students who may have experienced challenges within mainstream education
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

- Work collaboratively with support staff and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes for pupils
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A flexible and resilient approach to teaching
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- The right to work in the UK
- Experience working within Alternative Provision, PRUs, SEMH settings, or with students who have additional needs would be highly desirable.
