What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (preferred but not essential depending on role)
- A warm, patient, and proactive approach
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
