Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support children and young people with Autism Spectrum Condition and a range of learning needs in the NG1 area of Nottingham. You will work 1:1 or in small groups to promote engagement, independence and positive outcomes inside and outside the classroom.
The role focuses on tailoring support to individual plans, developing social skills and emotional regulation, and collaborating with teachers, SENDCOs and parents to help pupils.
