We are working in partnership with a number of secondary schools across Northamptonshire who are seeking dedicated and engaging Maths Teachers to support their departments. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to secure flexible or long term positions in supportive school environments.

The Role

  • Deliver high quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 where applicable)
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support progress and attainment
  • Create a positive and structured learning environment
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
  • Work collaboratively with department staff and wider school teams

About You

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant secondary teaching experience
  • Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners of all abilities
  • Confident behaviour management skills
  • Professional, reliable, and adaptable approach
