Are you a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity? Do you have the knowledge, enthusiasm, and classroom presence to inspire the next generation of scientists? Monarch Education is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Qualified Secondary Science Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Northampton on a full-time basis from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Science lessons, assessing student progress, and creating a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and academic achievement.

The successful candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting. The ability to teach Biology, Chemistry, or Physics to GCSE level is desirable, alongside strong classroom management skills and a passion for helping students reach their full potential.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • A Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) holder
  • Experienced in teaching Science at Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Passionate about delivering engaging, inclusive, and inspiring lessons
  • Confident in assessing, monitoring, and supporting student progress
