Are you passionate about supporting young learners with SEN/Special Educational Needs? Are you looking for a new permanent position within a progressive and nurturing school? Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic SEN school based in Mansfield on a permanent basis, with both part time and full-time vacancies available.

In this role, you will work alongside teachers to help deliver engaging learning experiences and provide tailored support to pupils of varying ages and abilities. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a patient and encouraging approach, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff. Experience working with children whether in a classroom, small-group, or one-to-one setting is highly desirable. Flexibility, reliability, and a genuine commitment to helping pupils make progress are essential.

As the school operates across multiple sites within Mansfield, it is essential that you have access to your own car for local travel during the school day.
