English Lead Teacher — Location: Mansfield. Contract Type: Full-Time and Permanent. Pay from: £37,083.

Monarch Education are currently recruiting for an English Lead Teacher for a fantastic specialist setting in Mansfield. The school caters for pupils from KS2-KS4 with SEN including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and Challenging Behaviour. Experience with these areas of SEN is beneficial however not essential.

Responsibilities

About the role: Leading and developing English across the school, working closely with Curriculum Leads and staff to raise standards in teaching and learning. Responsible for driving literacy initiatives, supporting best practice, and enhancing educational outcomes for all learners. Travel to other school sites may be required, therefore access to your own vehicle is essential.
