Monarch Education is looking for an enthusiastic and confident KS1 Learning Leader to join our growing team. What you'll be doing:

  • Leading engaging KS1 lessons across local Bicester primary schools
  • Supporting pupils in their early learning journey with creativity and confidence
  • Managing the classroom and ensuring a positive, purposeful learning environment
  • Working with school staff to adapt learning activities to meet the needs of the class
  • Delivering high quality teaching and contributing to pupils' academic and personal development

What we're looking for:

  • Experience teaching or leading learning within a primary school (KS1 experience ideal)
  • A positive, proactive and reliable approach to education
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • Someone who loves working with children and wants to make an impact
  • QTS is desirable, but we also welcome experienced Cover Supervisors and Unqualified Teachers with strong KS1 experience

All pay rates provided are inclusive of rolled up holiday pay.
