Monarch Education are delighted to be working with a warm, welcoming, and highly regarded nursery setting in Kenilworth, who are looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join their team on an ongoing basis.
This is a part-time role, Monday to Wednesday, starting as soon as possible and continuing until at least Christmas 2026, with the potential to be extended. The nursery prides itself on creating a nurturing, child-centred environment and has built a strong reputation for its supportive leadership team and friendly staff.
Position: Level 3 Nursery Nurse

Hours: Monday to Wednesday (Nursery Hours)
Setting: Nursery
Pay: Competitive daily rate, dependent on experience
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Encouraging children’s social, emotional, and communication skills
- Planning and delivering engaging activities alongside the nursery team
- Supporting children with their personal care needs where required
- Observing, monitoring, and recording children’s progress
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and wellbeing at all times
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- A strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
