Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support pupils in Bristol and surrounding areas from September. You will work with students who need help with behaviour, engagement and emotional regulation, both individually and in small groups, to help them access learning and stay on task.
This role suits those with experience in education, youth work or related fields who are calm, patient and proactive in building trusting relationships with students and staff.
