Monarch Education are working in partnership with several primary schools in the Swindon area and are looking to recruit Graduate Teaching Assistants who are looking to secure continuous work in one school, and who are thinking about doing a PGCE in the next year.
About the role
- Candidates will be required to deliver pre-planned work to individual pupils and small groups across Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
- You will need to ensure an orderly learning environment is maintained
- Work alongside the classroom teacher to ensure a positive learning environment
About the schools:
- We work with several small, medium, and large primary schools in Swindon
- Some of the schools are LEA and some part of multi-academy trusts
- The schools are in Swindon and the immediate surrounding areas

- Be a graduate and having finished your degree
