Graduate Teaching Assistant - Core Subjects (Maths, English, Science)

Monarch Education is currently recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to support a high-achieving secondary school in Nuneaton. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with strong academic backgrounds in Mathematics, English, or Science who are passionate about education and eager to gain classroom experience in a structured and ambitious environment.

Responsibilities

As a Graduate TA, you will:

  • Support students in KS3 and KS4 across core subjects, helping to raise attainment and engagement.
  • Deliver small group interventions and one-to-one academic support.
  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom activities, and behaviour management.
