About the Role
Working as a supply teacher through our agency means stepping into a range of secondary schools to deliver pre planned lessons and maintain a positive, well managed classroom environment in the absence of the class teacher. Each day offers something different - you may find yourself delivering MFL in the morning, Maths in the afternoon, and supporting an RE class the following day. We provide continuous work for successful teachers, with repeat bookings often made at the same school to offer familiarity, routine, and consistency. Because flexibility matters, you choose how many days you work - full time, part time, or occasional days, we’ll tailor your schedule around your needs.

What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills suitable for covering MFL, Maths, RE, and other subjects
- Confidence in leading classes independently and encouraging positive behaviour
- A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to adapt to different year groups and subjects at short notice
- A strong commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and supporting student development
- Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to quickly build rapport with students
