About the Role

We are recruiting reliable and enthusiastic qualified teachers to provide flexible supply cover across schools in Frome from September. This role is ideal for teachers who hold Qualified Teacher Status and are confident stepping into different classroom environments. You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining positive behaviour, and ensuring pupils continue to learn effectively in the absence of their usual teacher. Opportunities may be available across primary, secondary, and specialist settings depending on your experience and preferences.

Key Duties

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across relevant year groups and subjects
  • Follow pre-planned lesson materials and adapt delivery where needed
  • Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment

  • Support pupils with their learning, confidence, and engagement

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Willingness to complete all necessary compliance and safeguarding checks
