Monarch Education are looking for enthusiastic and caring Educational Support Assistants to join our wonderful partner schools in Faringdon. Whether you're experienced in education or looking to start a rewarding new career working with children, this role could be a perfect fit! This is a high impact, highly rewarding role supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

You'll be working either 1:1 with a child who needs extra support or providing general classroom support, helping the class teacher create a fun, engaging and safe learning environment.

About the Role

As an Educational Support Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis
  • Assist with learning activities across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Help create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment
  • Encourage pupils' emotional, social, and academic development
  • Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support learning plans
  • Provide encouragement, positivity, and consistency throughout the school day
What We're Looking For

You don't need formal school experience - just the right mindset. We welcome:

  • School support experience (desirable but not essential!)
  • Experience with children from work, volunteering, or personal settings
  • Passionate, patient and nurturing individuals
  • Someone reliable, dedicated and happy to work in a primary school setting
