Monarch Education is working closely with welcoming and well-supported Primary Schools across Abingdon, and we are seeking an Early Years Learning Lead to join their EYFS teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong Early Years experience who can provide consistent, high-quality support within Nursery and Reception settings.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead engaging, play-based learning activities across EYFS
- Support whole class, small group and 1:1 learning
- Create an inclusive, safe and stimulating environment
- Assist with planning, observations and early assessments
- Work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality early education
- Build strong relationships with children, staff and families

What We're Looking For
- Experience within Early Years (Nursery, Reception or EYFS support roles)
- A caring, enthusiastic and patient approach
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning
