Monarch Education is looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, and supportive Teaching Assistants to join our partner primary schools in the Dursley area. Whether you're an experienced TA or looking to take your first step into a rewarding education career, we want to hear from you!
About the Role
- Support pupils' learning across the classroom, in small groups, or 1:1
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Support pupils with additional needs, ensuring they feel valued and confident
- Contribute to the wider school community and daily routines
What We're Looking For
