As a Specialist Teacher, you will deliver engaging, adaptive teaching that meets students where they are, both academically and emotionally. You will work with learners who may have SEMH needs, disrupted educational experiences, or barriers to engagement, helping them rebuild confidence, develop resilience, and re-establish positive learning behaviours. This is a role that goes far beyond the classroom, requiring strong relational skills and a flexible mindset.

You will be part of a setting that prioritises small group teaching, strong pastoral care, and a curriculum designed to support both academic progress and personal development. Qualified Teacher Status is preferred, although strong candidates without formal QTS will be considered where relevant experience can be demonstrated.
