Monarch Education is working in partnership with several friendly and supportive primary schools in Doncaster who are seeking enthusiastic ECTs and KS1 / KS2 Teachers to join their teams. Suitable for both ECTs and experienced teachers, this role offers flexibility in year group allocation, ensuring placements align with your skills, interests, and experience wherever possible.
Role details
- Role: KS1 / KS2 Teacher
- Location: Doncaster
- Start date: ASAP
- Contract: Full-time or part-time
- Duration: Short-term, long-term, and potential permanent opportunities
- Pay: £160-£280 per day (inclusive of holiday pay)
The role will involve
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively
- Working closely with colleagues and communicating with parents/carers
The successful candidate will
- Hold QTS (or be working towards it)
- Have experience teaching in KS1 and/or KS2
- Be passionate, reliable, and committed to pupil progress
- Have strong communication and classroom management skills
