Are you an enthusiastic and adaptable education professional looking for flexible work across a highly respected group of special educational needs schools? We are currently recruiting for a supply talent pool to support Briarwood Special Schools from September 2026 onwards.

About the Opportunity

As Monarch Education is the sister company to Affinity Workforce, we are proud to be the primary provider for all long-term and supply staffing needs across the Briarwood schools for the next two academic years - giving you direct access to a wide range of rewarding opportunities. We are building a strong network of SEND Teachers, general classroom teaching assistants, one to one learning support staff, personal care assistants, and behaviour specialists ready to step into a variety of short-term, long-term, and day-to-day supply roles across the Briarwood schools. Staff will be expected to support students with a variety of needs such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Non-verbal students, Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), and Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs. As demand increases at the start of the academic year, this is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent work in advance.
