Monarch Education are recruiting a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant for a specialist setting in Fishponds, Bristol. The role focuses on pupils aged 5–19 with Autism, SEMH and complex needs, providing hands-on, structured support throughout the school day.

You will work closely with teachers and therapists, using visual supports and sensory strategies to create a calm, safe learning environment and help pupils reach their personal development goals.
