Monarch Education is currently recruiting for a Student Support and Behaviour Lead to join a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in Bourne End. This position is ideal for someone experienced in supporting students, maintaining positive behaviour, and delivering classroom cover when required.
About the Role
- Support students across the school with behaviour, engagement, and wellbeing.
- Provide cover supervision for lessons during staff absences, ensuring learning continues effectively.
- Build strong, positive relationships with young people.
- Work closely with pastoral teams, SLT and teaching staff to uphold high expectations.
- Respond constructively to behaviour incidents and help implement behaviour strategies.
