Key Responsibilities Support children's learning, development and play in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Assist with planning and delivering engaging age-appropriate activities. Promote children's social, emotional and physical development. Provide personal care, including toileting, nappy changing and intimate care, maintaining dignity and safeguarding procedures at all times. Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues. Support children with additional needs when required. Ensure a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment. Requirements Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years Education, Nursery Nursing or equivalent. Experience working within a nursery, preschool or Early Years setting. Good understanding of the EYFS framework. Caring, patient and nurturing approach. Willingness to provide personal care where required. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
