Monarch Education are seeking enthusiastic and caring Early Years Teaching Assistants / Nursery Nurses to work within welcoming Nursery and Early Years settings across Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated professionals who are passionate about supporting young children's development and wellbeing. The successful candidate will be confident supporting children aged 0-5 years and willing to undertake personal care as required, ensuring all children receive the highest level of support in a safe, nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities Support children's learning, development and play in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Assist with planning and delivering engaging age-appropriate activities. Promote children's social, emotional and physical development. Provide personal care, including toileting, nappy changing and intimate care, maintaining dignity and safeguarding procedures at all times. Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues. Support children with additional needs when required. Ensure a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment. Requirements Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years Education, Nursery Nursing or equivalent. Experience working within a nursery, preschool or Early Years setting. Good understanding of the EYFS framework. Caring, patient and nurturing approach. Willingness to provide personal care where required. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
