Location: Bicester
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm or 8:30am - 5:30pm
Pay Rate: £17.00 - £18.50 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Role Responsibilities- Supporting the daily routine within the nursery, ensuring a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment
- Assisting with structured and free-play activities that promote early learning and development
- Encouraging social, emotional, and physical development in line with EYFS guidelines
- Supporting children with personal care where required
- Working collaboratively with nursery staff to maintain high standards of care and education
- Previous experience working within an early years or nursery setting
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Relevant childcare qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
