Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As an Early Years Support Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping young children learn through play. You will:

  • Support children with activities, routines, and developmental learning
  • Create a safe, nurturing and positive environment
  • Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents
  • Assist with snack times, outdoor play, creative projects and more
  • Follow safeguarding and EYFS guidelines
