Monarch Education are recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join a thriving secondary school in Bedworth. This full-time position is based within the school’s Inclusion Unit, supporting students of secondary age who are working at a primary learning level.

The Role

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils with additional learning needs within the Inclusion Unit.
• Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs and abilities.
• Assist students who may require additional support with communication, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning.
• Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to deliver tailored interventions.
• Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
• Build meaningful relationships with pupils, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve success.
