About the Role
As a Classroom Learning Partner, you will support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your role may include:
- Providing 1:1 support to children who need additional guidance
- Offering general classroom assistance to help teachers deliver engaging lessons
- Encouraging pupils' confidence, independence, and social development
- Supporting behaviour management and ensuring pupils stay on task
- Helping with small group activities and intervention sessions
