Monarch Education is representing a school that requires a Site Supervisor to start as soon as possible. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the school premises. Your leadership skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety will be essential in this role.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and facility systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily maintenance and repair activities within the school.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and addressing hazards promptly.
  • Supervise custodial staff and maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for school facilities and equipment.
