Monarch Education is representing a school that requires a Site Supervisor to start as soon as possible. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the school premises. Qualifications/Experience
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and facility systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance and repair activities within the school.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and addressing hazards promptly.
- Supervise custodial staff and maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for school facilities and equipment.
