Monarch Education are partnering with a large multi-academy trust in the Cheddar area who will be using our services from September 2025. These schools are a mixture of primary, secondary and SEND specialist schools.

We are looking to recruit SEND Support Services for full-time and part-time roles which we are currently receiving bookings for - but will receive significantly more in September. If you are looking for day-to-day work, the trust is keen to create their own talent pool of day-to-day staff.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with SEND students, primary or secondary aged students or relevant background e.g. recent psychology graduate, experience working in a care environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • Valid Enhanced Child Workforce DBS certificate (on the update service) or willingness to obtain one.
