Monarch Education are partnering with a large multi-academy trust in the Wantage, Didcot and Farringdon area who will be using our services from September 2025. These schools are a mixture of primary, secondary and SEND specialist schools.
With this in mind, we are looking to recruit SEND Support for full-time and part-time roles which we are currently receiving bookings for – but will receive significantly more in September.

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience working with SEND students, primary or secondary aged students or relevant background e.g. recent psychology graduate, experience working in a care environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Valid Enhanced Child Workforce DBS certificate (on the update service) or willingness to obtain one.
