We are actively recruiting an enthusiastic and skilled Maths Teacher with UK recognised QTS based in Oxfordshire.

Monarch Education are recruiting for a secondary school in Oxfordshire and are actively seeking a full time Maths teacher to join them in September 2025. This is a long term placement and as a newly appointed teacher you will be fully supported by the Maths department within the school; As part of this role will teach up to GCSE level and be responsible for participating in team planning.

Daily rate of pay will start at £145 and can increase to £190, for more experienced teachers with UK recognised Qualified Teaching Status.

UK qualified teacher status (QTS) is essential for this role.

Job Responsibilities

• Planning/Teaching all lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Creating a positive environment and managing behaviour within the classroom
• Providing leadership for the classroom assistant to provide the best support for all pupils

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status recognised in the UK
• Full time availability
• Specialism or experience teaching Maths
