Salary: £88.90-110 a day
Hours of work: 8:30-3:30 Monday- Friday
Monarch Education are recruiting for a school in Didcot Oxford who are looking for individuals to take on a Behaviour Mentoring role. The school is seeking someone who is confident communicating and interacting with young people and supporting them with their social, emotional and mental health needs.

Job Description
- Working with children in the classroom setting
- Managing challenging behaviour
- Working with students one to one
- Acting as a positive role model to students
- Taking an interest in and supporting the wellbeing of students
The School Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience working with young people, this could be as a Sports Coach, Dance Leader, Scout Leader or something similar
- Has a positive attitude
- Can engage children in and out of the classroom
- Feels confident managing challenging behaviour
- Has a can-do positive attitude
