We are looking for Sports Coaches in Oxford (OX1, OX2, OX3, OX4, OX14) who are seeking a challenge and change of direction in their careers within Secondary or SEND schools.
The skills you bring from your studies have resulted in fantastic learning partnerships for secondary-aged children and can dramatically raise confidence and self-esteem while working one to one with a student. By understanding bodies and well-being, you give them the chance to explore what they can do, promoting trust, cooperation, communication, and language—a perfect environment for learning.
Some students are non-verbal, and finding ways to communicate can prove difficult for the child. The successful candidate must be patient, nurturing, caring, and most of all, passionate.
