We are currently recruiting experienced Complex Needs Support Workers to support an individual with complex needs in Cradley Heath. This is a specialist role supporting a non-verbal autistic individual who displays behaviours that can be highly challenging. We are looking for confident, experienced professionals who can think quickly, remain calm under pressure, and respond appropriately in unpredictable situations while providing safe, person-centred support. Both day and night shifts are available. Shift Patterns * 8:00am 10:00pm * 8:00am 3:00pm * 3:00pm 10:00pm * 10:00pm 8:00am Responsibilities * Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support. * Provide personal care with dignity and respect. * Administer medication safely and accurately. * Complete daily care notes and documentation to a high standard. * Prepare meals and support with cooking. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organised home environment. * Use de-escalation techniques and positive behaviour support strategies. * Respond quickly and appropriately to incidents or changes in behaviour, always prioritising safety. * Work closely with colleagues to provide consistent, effective support.
