We seek a dedicated Water Softener Service Engineer to service and maintain water softeners in residential and commercial settings. The Role Diagnose, maintain, and repair water softeners and related products at customer locations. Provide high customer service levels and ensure satisfaction. Manage inventory of parts and ensure adequate stock levels. Achieve high first-time fix rates through effective troubleshooting. Manage your daily schedule and workload independently. Complete service reports and documentation accurately. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Maintain company vehicle and adhere to policies.
