Monahans, part of the Sumer Group, is seeking a dedicated Insolvency Practitioner to join our team in the South West of England. This role offers a genuine 4 day working week while supporting clients through complex insolvency situations.

You will work closely with our Lead Insolvency Practitioner to mentor junior staff and ensure effective compliance with insolvency regulations.

The ideal candidate will be JIEB qualified with at least five years’ experience, bringing strong financial and legal knowledge along with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
