As an Audit Manager working with a mixed portfolio of commercial and not-for-profit clients, you’ll have the chance to build strong relationships across a broad range of organisations. You’ll work closely with Partners and Directors to deliver a high-quality, tailored audit service that meets each client’s specific needs.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Looking after a mixed portfolio of commercial and not-for-profit clients, building strong relationships and managing more complex accounts and tax matters.
- Acting as a key contact when the Partner is away, making sure client queries are handled smoothly and promptly.
- Working closely with the compliance team to help plan workloads and ensure resources are used effectively.
- Keeping an eye on budgets and deadlines, making sure work is delivered efficiently and billing is on track.
- Supporting junior team members with guidance, feedback, and day-to-day coaching to help them grow.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We would expect this person to have:
- ACA/ACCA qualifications.
- Proven experience managing a diverse client portfolio, preferably with clients from the NFP sector.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
