This is an exciting opportunity to join the business and earn a full-time salary whilst studying for a fully funded part-time BSc (Honours) Quantity Surveying degree apprenticeship.
We have recruited sixth form & college leavers for over 20 years and are committed to developing the next generation of talent. The position will initially involve a broad range of trainee duties aimed at supporting the wider team and developing professional quantity surveying skills. As you progress there will be excellent career development opportunities – many of our senior managers started as Monaghans trainees, including several of the main board directors!
Requirements:- Applicants should be reliable and professional with a commitment to pursuing a career in the construction industry.
- At this early stage, existing construction industry experience is not essential.
- 112 UCAS points from A Levels, AS Levels or BTEC National Qualifications.
- Applicants must hold 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths and English or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above).
Competitive salary with company pension contribution. Additional personal benefits including death in service benefit of 4x salary. Paid volunteering day and paid birthday leave in addition to annual holiday allowance. Cycle to work scheme. Sponsored non work-related personal development annual allowance. Applicants must have the right to remain in the UK indefinitely as this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
