Senior / Associate Quantity Surveyor – Manchester We are seeking a motivated and proactive Senior/Associate Quantity Surveyor with consultancy experience. The successful candidate must have residential experience, and they will work and lead on a large-scale High Risk Residential project in the city centre of Manchester, with an estimated contract value in the nine figures. They will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional QS services for the client under the guidance of the Regional Director.The ideal candidate will be providing real value to our clients across a variety of challenging and exciting projects, not just for this high-profile project. The candidate whilst leading on this high profile project, will be required to assist on our other accounts in the Retail, Commercial, Residential, and Leisure sectors. We are looking for individuals who are capable in both project service delivery and Client Account Management.
