These roles are an exciting opportunity to join the business and earn a full-time salary whilst studying for a fully funded part-time BSc (Honours) Quantity Surveying degree apprenticeship. We have recruited sixth form & college leavers for over 20 years and are committed to developing the next generation of talent.
The positions will initially involve a broad range of trainee duties aimed at supporting the wider team and developing professional quantity surveying skills. As you progress there will be excellent career development opportunities – many of our senior managers started as Monaghans trainees, including several of the main board directors!
Requirements:- Applicants should be reliable and professional with a commitment to pursuing a career in the construction industry.
- At this early stage, existing construction industry experience is not essential.
- 112 UCAS points from A Levels, AS Levels or BTEC National Qualifications.
- Applicants must hold 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths and English or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above).
Competitive salary with company pension contribution. Additional personal benefits including death in service benefit of 4x salary.
