We are seeking an experienced CDM Consultant to support and take ownership of projects of Principal Designer and CDM advisory projects across London and the South‑East regions.
- Location – London (Hybrid)
- Experience and technical knowledge in CDM consultancy.
- In‑depth knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations.
- Relevant H&S and CDM qualifications/accreditations (NEBOSH, APS, etc.).
- Proven record delivering CDM advisory on medium–large projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Keen to further yourself professionally (CPD).
- Experience in the construction sector – particularly retail, leisure, or commercial sectors.
- Delivery of work outputs within set time frames.
- Commitment, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.
- Team player capable of a flexible approach.
- Willingness to travel for work requirements.
- Energetic and self‑motivated.
- Strong IT capabilities including working experience of Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery of Principal Designer and CDM Advisor services for key clients.
Act as technical contact for clients in London.
Review PCI, DRRs, and design‑related risk information.
Chair design risk workshops and coordination meetings.
Conduct site inspections, H&S audits, and reporting.
Mentor junior team members.
